中国の自動車メーカー最大手、上海汽車集団（ ＳＡＩＣモーター）が13日発表した2019年通期決算は28.9％の減益だった。業界全体の販売不振が世界最大の自動車市場である中国でメーカーの業績にマイナスとなった。
独 フォルクスワーゲン（ＶＷ）と米 ゼネラル・モーターズ（ＧＭ）のパートナーであるＳＡＩＣの昨年の純利益は256億元（約3910億円）。アナリスト予想平均は270億元だった。売上高は前年比6.88％減。
ここ２年間は通商上の緊張の高まりと成長鈍化が中国の自動車需要の重しとなってきたが、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大がその後さらに追い打ちをかけている状況だ。自動車メーカーは、新型コロナ対策としての外出規制が緩和されるのに伴い、新モデルで見込み顧客を販売店に呼び込みたい意向だ。
